Lower Body Tabata Burn
At PK Fitness we’re gearing up for summer, and what better way to prepare than with some lower body tabata?! Get those legs strong and lean for summer with this workout that’s simple but so effective. Prepare to feel some serious burn (the good kind of course).
Time Estimate: [29 minutes]
For each exercise, complete 6 sets of 30 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest between each set, and 30 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise.
If you do this right you will really feel a burn. Just remember that despite the burn, good form should be your priority. It might be harder at the moment, but doing exercises with the wrong form will only come back to bite as laziness and injury later on. Train your body now!
And if sticking to good form is too difficult for you- that’s totally okay. Just consider modifying the workout by going slower, selecting easier exercises that you can do with proper form, or add in more rest!
