Let’s do it!
Complete the exercises, circuit style (one after the other) with no rest in between. Upon completing the entire routine rest 60-90 seconds and then repeat! Repeat entire routine 3-5 times depending on your fitness level.
Complete this routine as quick as possible, without sacrificing form. Keep your abs activated by drawing your belly button in towards the spine. Keep your shoulders up and back. And remember to keep your knees behind the toes on squats, jumps, and lunges.
