TRX bands are so awesome! We’re doing a corporate challenge for Azusa Pacific University right now (Go Cougs!), and when I took a visit to their gym I was super excited to find endless TRX bands throughout their gym and had to come back to test them out! These bands look simple but there are literally hundreds of TRX exercises you can do with them to challenge your muscles in new ways just using your body weight and these bands.
If you don’t have access to them at your gym or nearby facility, and often work out at home- these are a great investment, especially because you can use them pretty much anywhere- at the gym, at home, on vacation. Portable, convenient, and challenging for all levels, it’s no wonder people are obsessed with this fancy lil piece of equipment.

So check out some of my favorite moves below! To make a workout out of it, start with just 3 sets of 30 seconds of each exercise. Focus on slow, controlled movements.
