Using PK Fitness, you can complete your daily requirement in one workout or multiple spread out through the day. PK Fitness will keep track of your completed time, so you can pick back up where you left off last. However, challenge progress does not carry over to the next day. For example, you cannot complete 20 minutes on Tuesday night and the remaining 10 minutes on Wednesday morning. The challenge progress circle on the workout page will clear each night at 12:00 AM.
For the effort tracking challenge, you will only receive credit for time spent at or above 50 effort. For the time tracking challenge, you will only receive credit if you complete 30 minutes in a day.
