9 Resistance Band Exercises for a Toned Booty

Nothing feels better than a good leg day that gets your muscles burning, and your legs shaking! Not only is that burn satisfying because it contributes to a stronger, more toned lower body but it also means big calorie burn. Did you know bigger muscle groups burn more calories? And the muscles in your butt and legs are some of the biggest muscle groups in your body.


So, today let’s get that lower body workin’ with a resistance band workout!! This workout is complete with exercises designed to target your thighs, hamstrings, booty, and those hard to target spots in the hip area! You’re gonna be sore in muscles you didn’t even know you had.


If you don’t have a resistance band, I highly recommend you invest. They’re inexpensive, and come in different sizes and strengths, and they’re small so perfect for traveling! I bought a 4 pack (with 4 different strengths) on Amazon for $9.
