Welcome Young Living trial participants! We are so excited to have Young Living looking at PK Fitness for challenges. This is a 4-week challenge structured to give participants a feel for PK Challenges. We look forward to seeing you on PK Fitness!

 
 

Dates:

  • 4 weeks
  • Starting Monday, September 3rd

Challenge Criteria:

  • Workout 4 times a week
  • Each workout a minimum of 10 minutes
  • At a minimum effort level of 60

Prizes:

  • No prizes will be awarded for this trial
