What is PK Fitness?
PK Fitness is an effort based activity tracker. A simple, easy to use workout journal that displays your real-time effort during any activity as well as tracking attributes such as activity type, duration, map distance, pace and calories.
Use PK Fitness to track your own fitness journey as well as to connect with others with similar interests. PK Fitness is a social platform that encourages interaction with friends, family and others with shared interests.

What is a PK Score?
PK Fitness introduces a new way of characterizing workouts called the PK Score. Using a PK Score, every workout is characterized by two numbers that combine to create a PK score. The P factor, a user’s average effort, and the K factor, the duration of a workout in minutes. The P factor ranges from 0 to 100 corresponding to a user's resting state and maximal exertion state respectively.
Why P and K?
The P and the K in PK Fitness were inspired by the two greek words, Prospátheia and Kairos.

The amount of exertion expended for a specific purpose.
Kairos. - Greek word for time
The time of possibility, the moments in our lifetime that define us.
