AEROBIC

If you're looking for a little push in your weekly fitness regiment, this challenge will get your heart working!

     

    Challenge Goals:

    •  4x a week

    •  for 25 minutes*

    •  at an effort of 50 or above 

     

    *Workout minutes can be completed all at once, or accumulated throughout the day (12AM-11:59PM)- but remember for effort challenges, only time spent working out at the minimum effort or above will be credited towards the challenge!
