If you need to just get moving, this challenge is for you! So get off the sofa, and join our other challenge beginners!
- 3x a week
- for 30 minutes*
- with no minimum effort requirement!
If you're looking for a little push in your weekly fitness regiment, this challenge will get your heart working!
- 4x a week
- for 25 minutes*
- at an effort of 50% or above
We dare you to try this one out, but it won't be easy...be prepared to work up a sweat, and feel the burn!
- 5x a week
- for 15 minutes*
- at an effort of 70% or above
