Fresh Start Challenge- Week #5

Greetings Fresh Start Challengers! 

Week #5 of the challenge was pretty awesome! You guys are really getting some great workouts in and some great stuff done, which is so fun to see. 

143 participants are getting after it, and getting healthy in the challenge! It's finally Week #6, it's a new fresh week to succeed, so let's put our heart and soul into these last three weeks- get the most out of them that you can.

Week #5- A Week in Review

Great workouts! With a week full of a million excuses- sicknesses, freezing cold, rainy weather- the Fresh Start challengers came back even stronger with creativity and determination! Your workout ethic was admirable this past week! 


Incredible Week #5! Let's make Week #6 our best yet! Only a few more weeks to make it count. 

 

PK Tip: For the best results with a cross fit or circuit type workout, choose an arm band HR monitor (we suggest Scosche RHYTHYM+), and get a phone arm band, so you can keep your phone tucked away and don't have to worry about moving it with you as you go.
