Fresh Start Challenge- Week #6

Greetings Fresh Start Challengers! 

We had an amazing Week #6 of the challenge! Way to put your hard work out there. I hope you are starting to see some changes whether physical changes, changes in your ability, changes in your motivation, changes in your attitude, in your thinking about yourself- whether big or small, any change is a big deal. Don't forget to reward yourself, give yourself a pat on the back along the way, let yourself dream and make new goals as you progress.  

142 participants are posting incredible workouts every week, and healthier everyday because of it. It's Week #7- this is it, we're getting down to it! Do what you can, let's finish out these last two weeks good and strong. Don't miss out on your chance for prizes!

Week #6 in Review

Amazing week everyone! Let's keep this up. This community and environment is keeping me motivated! We all have to keep each other going!! 


PK Tip: Don't forget to recover. Take time to fit a cool down in. Transition into much slower cardio and some stretching to finish off your workout!
