PK Challenges are a fun way to encourage groups, businesses, and organizations to get active with your community. Each challenge is customized with specific goals - such as number of workouts per week, number of minutes per workout and even the minimum effort level required for each workout. Challenges can be public or private, open or by invitation only. 

Use PK Fitness to record your workouts while part of a challenge and see your progress tracked along side your colleagues.

PK Challenges are designed to provide an interactive community to practice healthier living and promote good habits; all while receiving support from the community and your friends on PK Fitness. These challenges allow you the freedom to choose any workout type and join a community of others, all at various fitness levels. 

Join a challenge, log a workout and we do the rest! The PK Fitness app will track your progress along side of others participating in the challenge.
