2017 APU Summertime Challenge
APU completed an 8 week PK Challenge just for APU faculty, staff, family, and friends summer 2017! The 2017 APU Summertime Challenge, was a part of a campus initiative for healthier living this summer, which included yoga classes, weight training sessions, and much more! We had 233 participants, all with different fitness dreams, working together to get active! The weekly challenge goals were to workout 3 days a week, for 30 minutes a day, at an effort of 50 or more.
The 2017 APU Summertime Challenge had an average PK Score of 57 | 40 and a total of:
- 4.036 workouts completed
- 161,241 minutes spent
- 1,430,537 calories burned
- 7,922,271 steps taken
