How can I connect a sensor?
To connect to a heart rate monitor there are three steps:
1. Navigate to the app menu by tapping the icon in the upper left corner of the screen
2. Select "Sensors" from the menu
3. Tap the sensor you would like to use
How can I record a workout?
Once you have a sensor connected you're ready to start working out! All you need to do is select the workout screen icon in the bottom right of the screen and hit "Start Workout".
Don't forget to save your workout when you're finished!
How can I log a manual workout?
To log a manual workout, navigate to the app menu and select "Log Workout". Fill out the information and your workout will be logged in your profile. Don't worry about leaving an option blank, the workout will still be logged!
There are 6 steps to logging a manual workout. You can select:
1. What kind of workout you did
2. How long your workout was
3. Select a title for your workout
4. Select the location of the workout
5. How much distance you covered
6. How many steps you took
Once you've finish logging a workout, check it out on your profile page!
How can I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, select the profile tab in the lower right corner of the app. Tap "edit profile" to begin.
From this menu you have the ability to edit both your public profile and your physical profile. Your public profile can be seen by anyone, however your physical profile is only seen by you.
Be sure to update your physical profile regularly in order to receive accurate data from PK Fitness.
